All custom orders are facilitated by our team of professional stylists who will work with you to achieve your desired look. Turnaround time will be between 3-8 weeks depending on stock and stylist availability. Please upload inspirational images of your desired look when placing your custom order. I understand that all custom orders are pre-paid before being submitted for production.

I understand that custom orders take anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks to be completed and shipped to the Tranzitions facility depending on inventory and stylist availability.

I understand that if I choose to return, exchange, or cancel the final product or for any reason, a 35% restocking fee will be charged and shipment costs will not be refunded.
